The main purpose of The Nemots $NTCG token is to perform the following functions:

• Purchasing Starter Decks: $NTCG will be used by players to purchase starter decks to begin earning within the game

• Purchasing Season Passes: $NTCG will be used by players to compete in each season of The Nemots. A Season Pass is required in order to fully benefit from the game’s ecosystem

• Purchasing Fragments: Players will need $NTCG to purchase Fragments, the in-game virtual currency within the game’s ecosystem. Therefore, the primary purpose of $NTCG token is to maintain and ensure a bridge between real-world money (i.e. fiat) and the in-game currency, Fragments, within the game’s ecosystem. $NTCG is a deflationary token that fragments can be bought or sold (NB. Purchases are instant)

• Cashing out Fragments: Players will need to convert their Fragments earnt in the game to $NTCG in order to cash out to real-world money or fiat (NB. selling $NTCG will have a settlement period for security purposes)

• Cashing out to Euro and USD: $NTCG can be used to cash out to fiat currencies Euro and USD through different routes such as decentralised or centralised exchanges, or direct payment providers

• Sinks, buyback and burn: These functions will ensure steady growth of and eliminate volatility within the economy and price of $NTCG over time

• Marketplace revenue distribution: The marketplace will feature a variety of game assets, including decks, cards, upgrades, spells, packs, and more. Using Fragments in the marketplace is a key factor in making the $NTCG token valuable, as purchasing Fragments using $NTCG will ensure a steady turnover of tokens, stabilising the game's economy. $NTCG tokens purchased will be distributed as follows:

  • 2.5% will go to the in-built marketplace provider, Blu Skies

  • 5% will go to The Nemots who then distribute it through their 65/35 economy model

• Rewards for competing in tournaments: All $NTCG tokens from purchases of the original deck of cards will be returned to the prize pool in full
